The golfer first creates an account to sign in and use the app.
This allows the golfer to save payment and other information in the account for use anytime he/she uses the app. The app will correspond with the golfer through Email & Phone text.
The golfer can browse through the food/beverage categories that the course is offering.
Customizing the order:
The golfer can add extra items to each order or remove items from an order. For example: the standard burger comes with ketchup, mayo and pickles but onions, and tomatoes are optional, the app allows the golfer to specify exactly what he/she wants on the burger.
When the golfer has placed the order and is ready to “Checkout” he/she will be asked “What is your cart #? ” and “What hole are you on?” Many golf courses track the golf carts by number so when the order is “Ready for Delivery” the delivering person can just look on the course GPS to deliver the food. If the course does not track the carts by GPS the delivery person has the location where the golfer was when the food was ordered and can easily figure the present location of the golfer.

Order Status = Paid order placed
The golf course kitchen, or anyplace where the golf course chooses customer orders to be received will get a text message on a phone, or other device, that an order has been placed and is paid for.
The course kitchen can look at this order for details of the order and any order changes if allowed by the course (i.e. Add onions, no pickles …)
Order Status = Ready for delivery
When the golf course kitchen has prepared the order, the kitchen designated person will change the order status from “Placed” to “Ready to Deliver”.
The person(s) designated to deliver the food will look at this screen and see a list of the orders ready to be delivered. The list is sorted from oldest to most recent order.
The person(s) delivering the order can click on any order to get the specifics of the order including what was ordered, cart #, Name of golfer placing the order, and the hole he/she was on when the order was placed.
Order Status = Completed
When the person delivering the order delivers the order he/she will click the button for “Delivered” and the app will place that order in the list of “Completed Orders”.
If the golf course management wants to review the completed orders that can be done here. Orders are also stamped by time they were delivered.
The golf courses can manage products by hiding/showing products in the app.
They can display the product as a feature/recommended product.
The golf courses can manage the store if they are closed/ busy so they will not receive any orders until they are operating again
The golf courses can manage the number that will receive an SMS when someone makes an order
